You shouldn't need ten phone calls to feed one party.
My Food Caters is a matchmaker, not a directory. Tell us the event — the occasion, the crowd, the budget — and we do the calling, the comparing, and the pairing. You get one caterer who fits, not forty tabs.
The match quiz
Four questions. One good fit.
This is the same intake our matchmakers will use at launch. Try it now — your answers stay on this page and never leave your browser.
How matching works
A person reads your brief. Really.
The quiz above becomes a one-page brief: occasion, date, headcount, food direction, budget, and anything you add in your own words.
A matchmaker compares your brief against caterers we've actually vetted — kitchens we've visited, menus we've tasted, dates they can truly hold.
We introduce you to one caterer — two if it's a genuine coin flip — with a menu and price already shaped to the brief. You book directly with them.
Our promise
Matchmaker rules we won't bend.
A matchmaker is only useful if the match serves you, not the caterer paying the most. So we put the rules in writing before we put a single caterer on the roster.
- No pay-for-placementWe match on fit — cuisine, capacity, date, budget. Caterers cannot buy their way into your shortlist.
- Vetted means visitedA caterer joins the roster after we've seen the kitchen, checked the license, and eaten the food.
- Your budget is a wall, not a hintMatches come in at or under what you set. Upsells come from you asking, never from us pushing.
- One introduction, no spamYour brief goes to your match only. Nobody else gets your event or your details.
